How to Welcome back MTN

 

Step 1: Get your old sim pack (If you can't find it, dont worry. Go to step 2)

Step 2: You'll need the following
Your Full Name
The Lost Phone Number
Your Address
Your Occupation
Your Gender
The last amount you recharged

Step 3: After that, write down 5 numbers you call frequently

Step 4: Then write down all the numbers in your family and friends list (If any)

Step 5: Go to your nearest MTN office.

 
Step 6: Then they will give you a new sim card. (You'll be charged as the case may be)
